My Story

Creating Experiences with Big Impacts

Instructional design has the power to make big changes to any age or institution. I create learning experiences that result in big impacts. Learning is something we all do at any stage of our lives. However, we need an efficient and comprehensive way of doing just that. With the experience I have and the resources I use, I can help you and your institution achieve anything.

Grounded

My instructional design is grounded in my love of learning and helping others. I have been in the world of education for 10 years (and counting), with a bachelor’s and master’s degree.

Driven

While my experiences and education keep me grounded, I am incredibly passionate. That passion drives me to be more successful, and to help you be successful as well. While I was still in the classroom, I started an online store selling educational resources—that is still going today. Now I’m looking to help others on a larger scale.

Why I created Faithful Teachers

I created Faithful Teachers because I believe education is meaningful work and that the people who serve learners need support, encouragement, and community.

My Christian faith shapes the way I approach this work. I want to serve with excellence, create with intention, and encourage educators with both truth and grace. Faithful Teachers is built around community, innovation, and encouragement, with the hope of helping teachers and instructional designers grow in ways that are both practical and purposeful.

I’m an experienced educator and instructional designer with a bachelor’s degree in secondary education with an emphasis on English and a master’s in instructional design in eLearning. I continue my learning through certifications (as seen above).

Personal Passions and Joy

I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and resources within education. Additionally, I love reading, writing, crocheting, baking, traveling, and so much more. The best part is spending time with my family.
