You are expected to handle numerous students in a single, all while juggling lessons, grading, and any other duty that might come your way—and don’t forget to learn AI.

It’s never ending, and there is never enough time. I am here to help you cut through all that madness. To help you improve your lessons to be even more effective, to help you understand and use different tools—including AI, and to help you feel heard and connected.

I wasn’t supposed to go into education…

At least, that’s what I thought. Every teacher I had tried to lead me into it, yet I turned away.

It wasn’t until I was halfway through my freshmen year of college that I realized my current plan for psychology wasn’t working out. As I reflected on my passions and my personality, I thought, “Oh man, I’d actually be a really good teacher.” Even though, this epiphany came to me, I still fought it along the way. I would pray that if I was not meant to be a teacher, then He would put roadblocks in my way—but I went through my entire bachelor’s program with a 4.0. Having that GPA didn’t make the first day in my classroom easy…

Over my 5 years in the classroom, I’ve had to think on my feet, learn new strategies and tools quickly, and so much more. While I didn’t remain in the classroom, I did remain in education.

Those 5 years in the classroom honed my passion for curriculum design, so I am now an Instructional Designer.

Now I’m Here to Help You Be An Even Better Teacher!

I created Faithful Teachers because I believe education is meaningful work and that the people who serve learners need support, encouragement, and community.

I want to provide innovative strategies and tools, encouragement, and place for you to connect with other educators.

A community chalked full of amazing courses will be coming soon. In the meantime, you can learn through my blog posts or podcasts.

You can trust me…

Alongside my two degrees, I continue learning at any chance I get.

Numbers don’t lie…

These numbers reflect both my experience and the heart behind this work: years spent serving students, formal preparation in education and design, and a growing collection of resources created to support educators in real classrooms and real seasons. Together, they represent a foundation of faithfulness, creativity, and a commitment to helping others learn well.
